Bank statements, ready for the books.
Convert PDF bank and credit card statements into Excel, CSV, QuickBooks or Xero-ready files. Compare each transaction with its line in the original statement and check the balances before you download.
3 pages a day without an account · No card · Files deleted after 24 hours by default
More document types are coming. Receipts, mortgage statements and more are planned. Today, the converter supports bank and credit card statements. Our goal: your statements, in the format you need.

- Convert bank and credit card statement PDFs or photos into Excel, CSV and accounting files. Receipts and mortgage statements are planned, not supported yet.
- An anonymized statement is uploaded and converted. In the review, a $40.36 payment is highlighted beside its matching line on the source statement.
- The description changes from “INTERNET SERVICE PAYMENT” to “Internet service”. The original remains visible and the amount stays unchanged. The balance check shows Reconciled with a $0.00 difference; it checks arithmetic, not document authenticity.
- Download the reviewed transactions as Excel, CSV, QBO, QFX, OFX, QIF or JSON, or get a PDF reconciliation summary. The demo downloads Excel, then shows Send by email and Download again. Email opens a draft; attach the downloaded file yourself.

Upload your statements.
PDFs or photos, one statement or a batch. Review before you download.
How it works
Upload. Review. Export.
- 01
Add a statement or a batch
Upload PDFs or photos, up to 50 files of 50 MB each. Protected PDF passwords stay in memory, never stored.
- 02
Review the rows and balance check
Trace each transaction to its source and edit inline. Check opening, closing, running and daily balances where printed; anything unverifiable is flagged.
- 03
Download the format you need
Export one statement or merge a batch for Excel, CSV, QuickBooks, Xero or Quicken. You download and import the file; no bank or accounting connection needed.
Balance checks verify arithmetic against the printed statement, not whether a PDF is genuine. When you need the bank’s originals
What each balance-check result means
Totals use exact decimal arithmetic and are compared with the balances the bank printed.
Reconciled
The statement prints an opening and a closing balance, opening plus every transaction equals closing to the cent, and every running or daily balance it prints matches. If it prints none, we say the totals reconciled and that there were no balances to check row by row.
Doesn’t add up
You see the difference and the first row where the running balance breaks, not a silent export.
Couldn’t verify
Without both an opening and a closing balance, the total can’t be proven. We say so plainly instead of claiming a check we couldn’t do, and still check any running or daily balances it prints.
For professionals
A year of statements, together.
For bookkeeping, tax, lending, property and legal work.
Batches of up to 50 PDFs
Convert across banks and accounts. Review each statement beside its source; every spreadsheet row keeps its source file, page and line.
One file for the whole batch
Export separately or merge the batch. Excel and generic CSV keep statement and account columns so you can trace merged transactions.
Checks across months
Spot gaps, overlaps, possible duplicates and balances that don’t carry over between statements for the same account.
Export formats
The format your books need.
Download a file to import yourself. No direct accounting connections.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Which statements can I convert?
Built for US bank and card statements: checking, savings and credit card accounts. Others may convert but aren’t guaranteed — we flag what we can’t verify. Statements downloaded from online banking work best; scanned or photographed statements are read with OCR (Amazon Textract).
How do I know the numbers are right?
Every statement is checked: the opening balance plus every transaction must equal the closing balance, and every running or daily balance the statement prints must match. If it prints none, we say the totals reconciled and that there were no balances to check row by row. If anything disagrees, you see exactly where, next to the page it came from, and can fix it before exporting. Reconciled means the arithmetic matches the printed balances. It doesn’t prove the PDF is genuine.
What happens if a statement doesn’t reconcile?
It’s flagged instead of exported silently. The review screen shows the difference and jumps to the first row where the running balance stops matching — usually a misread amount or a missing line. Fix it inline and the statement is checked again.
Do you use AI?
Where it helps. Layouts our parsers recognise are read deterministically. When a layout is new, a model on Amazon Bedrock in the US helps structure the text. Either way, every amount is checked against the statement’s own balances and linked to where it was read.
How long do you keep my files?
Download your files — they’re yours to keep. We delete our copy of the PDF and results 24 hours after upload, unless you’re signed in and choose to keep a batch for up to 30 days. The 24-hour default applies to everyone, with or without an account; a batch you keep is deleted on the date shown on it. You can also delete files yourself at any time, which removes them immediately and leaves a deletion receipt (dates and counts only), and we keep no backups or old versions. An account keeps your email, plan, page usage and preferences; documents are only ever kept until their deletion date, apart from a copy you explicitly let us keep when you report a problem (30 days, or until you delete it).
Are my statements used to train AI models?
No. Your documents are processed only to produce your conversion, by Amazon Textract and Amazon Bedrock in AWS US regions. Bedrock doesn’t train on inputs, and our AWS organization has opted out of AI-service data use.
Can I convert password-protected PDFs?
Yes. You’ll be asked for the password. It is used once, in memory, to unlock the file and is never stored.
Which export formats are available?
Excel (.xlsx), CSV (generic, Google Sheets, QuickBooks Online US and Canada 3- and 4-column, Xero, YNAB, Wave, Sage 50, and Rent Manager / Buildium layouts), QuickBooks Web Connect (.qbo), Quicken Web Connect (.qfx), OFX (2.2 or 1.0.2), QIF, JSON, and a printable one-page reconciliation summary (PDF) per statement. Every spreadsheet row names its source file, page and line.
Can I convert several statements at once?
Yes — up to 50 PDFs at a time, 50 MB each. Export them one by one or merged into a single file. Statements for the same account are checked against each other: which months are covered, gaps, overlaps, balances that don’t carry over, the same statement uploaded twice or in two versions with different figures, and transfers between your accounts.
How much does it cost?
Converting is free for 3 pages a day without an account, or 30 pages a month with a free account. For more, buy a page pack (100 pages for $9, 500 pages for $29, or 2,000 pages for $79, each valid for 12 months) or subscribe to Pro (600 pages every month for $19 a month, or $144 a year).
What counts as a page?
One page of a PDF statement, however many transactions it holds, but only pages with transactions count. A three-page statement whose last page is disclosures uses two pages, and a 12-page year of statements with two cover pages uses ten. Blank, cover and legal pages are free.
When are pages counted?
Pages are counted when a conversion adds up to its printed balances. Nothing is counted for a statement we can’t verify unless you choose to unlock it. A statement we can’t verify opens as a free preview, and you decide whether to unlock it or delete it. Failed conversions and exporting again are never counted, and neither is uploading the same PDF again while the first copy is still here. Deleting a preview you haven’t unlocked costs nothing. Pages already used aren’t returned when you delete a file.
What happens if I don’t have enough pages?
The statement still converts, and you get a preview: the first 5 transactions and the full reconciliation, so you can see it worked before you pay. Buy a pack or upgrade to Pro and the whole statement unlocks right where you left off, without uploading it again.
Do I need an account?
No. Without an account you get 3 pages a day in a private, anonymous session. A free account gives you 30 pages a month instead, and your conversions follow you to any device you sign in on. Either way, our copy of your files is deleted 24 hours after upload.
See the review before the download.
